First time in this nail salon. Good customer service–ladies were able to fix the nails as it was not fully dry without complaining like other nail salons. They smiled and was very helpful in fixing it.
Work stations were clean and organized. Bathroom was clean.
Something interesting in this place was a VIP area that’s sits only for two people. Never saw that before, so that is something to try.
My lovely nail lady Josie moved here! I was nervous at first, was bummed I had to drive a few minutes to get there, and not just jaunt across the street and pop by Starbucks before!
All that apprehension went out the window as soon as I got there!!!
The service was good. My nail tech did a great job at explaining what she is able to do for me since my nails were not all even. She did an amazing job getting it to the type of mail shape I wanted.
I got an overlay manicure. The pricing wasn’t bad either ($55).
Have been going here for about 2 years consistently with Kathy!! She is easy to make appts with and does the best job. The price is great for a full set of acrylics and she’s always able to squeeze me in for a pedicure last minute if i decide to add one!
The salon is always crowded but they never have people waiting too long for their service. Love this place!
